* Warranty Period for qualifying vehicles and associated sales is (5) Years on manufacturing related defects and (8) years on the Lithium Ion factory installed battery.

*Warranty Items include: Frame, Motor, Wheel Hub and Bearings, Steering Shaft and associated components, Spindle and Swing Arm Assemblies, Bearing Fittings, Leaf Springs, Shocks, Main and Sub Electrical Wiring Harness's Controller, Computer Fail Safe, Signal Generators, Charging Block and Components, Brakes, Pedal Assembly.

* Warranty Exclusions: Batteries (Gas Carts Only), Accessories which carry stand alone manufacturer warranty, Windshield, Wearable Parts to include Tires, Brake Pads, Wipers, Ect.

*Warranty DOES NOT COVER transport to or from location of breakdown/ repair, Temporary Cart Allowance while product is not able to be used. Labor will be provided at a FIXED rate of $35/ hr. by the Manufacturer, however, this rate may not be sufficient for cart repair and customer will incur additional associated costs.

* All Warranties will be considered void if: Damage to vehicle is caused by abuse or misuse, poor maintenance, neglect, collision, accident, ANY MODIFICATION, aftermarket part installation, and for unreasonable or unintended strain or use. The warranty shall not apply to cosmetic wear and tear, fading due to exposure, improper charging (Over, Under, or Failing to maintain minimum charge), rusted or corroded hardware, improper or unmaintained fluid levels, loose wiring or fasteners.

*Warranty may be voided if: Signs of vehicle alteration after leaving premise. This includes but is not limited to- Modification of the speed governing system, braking system, steering, drive unit, or operating system. 

*Claim Reporting or Processing: Contact the nearest Electro EV Dealer. Electro EV and Senbo Manufacturing are sole entities responsible for issuance of and honoring of associated warranty. Further, both Electro EV and Senbo Manufacturing are the sole parties responsible for manufacturing, Assembling, and Authorization of Warranty Repairs. All Dealers (JD's SWFL Carts) Shall be held harmless of any liability and or warranty claims.
